What if We Want to Add an Extra Hour at the Event? We offer extended hours at just £100 per additional hour. Feel free to email us for more information about our Idle Hour options, especially tailored for events like weddings.

Do You Charge Travel Fees? If your event is in Bristol there is no travel fee! Any where else in the UK will have a travel fee. Send us a email with your location and we can provide you a custom quote.

Is Olive and Earl Insured? Indeed, we are! At Olive and Earl, we take safety and professionalism seriously. We’re fully licensed and insured, with coverage of up to £1,000,000. If your venue requires a copy of our insurance, we’d be more than happy to provide it.

Will an Attendant from Olive and Earl Be There the Whole Time? Absolutely! At Olive and Earl, we provide dedicated attendants who will be present throughout your event, ensuring that every moment runs smoothly from start to finish

Can Olive and Earl Create a Custom Event for You? You bet we can! At Olive and Earl, we specialise in crafting events tailored to your desires. Whether it’s custom backdrops, signs, props, prints, or templates, we can design an event that’s truly unique and mirrors your style. Dream of a backdrop with your logo or a custom big head cutout as a prop? Just drop us an email, and we’ll work with you to create a custom event that’s perfectly suited to your vision.

What if We Want to Add Prints? Absolutely! At Olive and Earl, we go the extra mile to ensure your event memories are captured in the highest quality. We use a commercial-grade printer along with custom templates to deliver exceptional prints. For more details, be sure to explore our Packages page.

Is Setup Included in Olive and Earl’s Pricing? At Olive and Earl, we believe in transparency and making your experience hassle-free. Our pricing includes both setup and breakdown. When you book our 2, 3, or 4-hour Photo Booth package, you receive the full duration for Photo Booth fun. If you require setup more than an hour and a half before your event, there is a modest early setup fee of £50

What Are Olive and Earl’s Space and Power Requirements? At Olive and Earl, we prioritise your guests’ convenience, so we recommend an accessible space for our Photo Booth setup. A tucked-away corridor or a location up a flight of stairs is not ideal. For the best Photo Booth experience, we suggest a space that’s at least 9’ x 9’ x 9’. Additionally, we require access to at least one standard plug. To ensure safety and avoid disruptions to other equipment, it’s preferable to have an outlet dedicated to the booth. We even provide extension cords for added flexibility. If you opt for a backdrop with the booth, please consider that additional space will be needed to accommodate this extra feature.

Can the Olive and Earl Photo Booth Be Placed Outside? Absolutely, our Photo Booth can be set up outdoors, but we do have some preferences. Given the UK’s unpredictable weather, we prefer to be sheltered from inclement weather. Harsh sunlight can also affect the quality of photos, so some shade is beneficial for the best results.

Does the Olive and Earl Photo Booth Offer Social Sharing? Absolutely! Our booths are designed with social sharing in mind. They’re equipped to be social sharing machines, providing numerous ways to share your photos and videos. You can take advantage of features like instant texting and airdrop to effortlessly share your memorable moments.
